SHIPIMART™ REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At ShipiMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Below are the terms and conditions of our return and refund process.
1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

Requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging, including any attached tags, product inserts, or branded boxes.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, ShipiMart will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at our support email below with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

If approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions and the correct warehouse return address.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the original shipping label without contacting us first.
5. Refunds & Processing Times

Once your return package is delivered to our fulfillment center, it will be inspected by our team (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival).

We will send you an email notifying you that we have received and inspected your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for your banking institution or credit card company to clear and post the transaction to your account.
Note on Bundle Purchases: If you return an item that was part of a bundle discount, the remaining items you keep will default to their standalone retail price. Your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the difference.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a direct exchange for a damaged or defective item, please notify us via email.
